Welcome to DHI's student project catalogue

This site contains a collection of proposals for student projects at DHI. This is an offer for students to work with a research challenge as a part of their Master or Bachelor thesis. As a student, you will get a supervisor at DHI in addition to the academic supervisor at the university. For some of the projects, we have agreements with the potential academic supervisor, for others the students may propose the academic supervisor themselves.

The projects cover many areas of DHI's work and range from using our modelling software for specific applications over coding and/or testing e.g. a new formulation for a physics-based or a machine learning model. There are projects both for coming modellers and coming software developers. Use the search bar on top to search for a specific type of projects (e.g. "M.Sc") or for a specific topic (e.g. "deep learning" or "wastewater").
